Commonly, off-the-shelf products and solution are not a 100% match for the needs of an application. They provide to many or to few features, or are difficult to integrate with other components in a system. We work with you to make the technology adapt to your needs, instead of adapting your process to the technology's features. Our engineers will learn your processes and preferences through the course of a project, refining the design along the way.
Custom User Interface
Our developers are skilled GUI designers and can provide you with screens (HMI or PC) that exactly meet your needs. The interfaces we develop can mimic the look-and-feel of other components in your plant such that your operators have a more consistent experience as they move from machine to machine.
Production specific control logic
We know that not every production environment operates 100% like every other. Our engineers can create specific process algorithms to meet your exact needs. Whether it be activities specific to your process, or the addition of new instruments, we can tie it all together as a single application.
Predictive Diagnostics
Previously the only time you could tell when there was a problem with you system, was when production stopped. A better solution is to have us build in Preventive Diagnostics to your Custom Solution. These features will monitor loading, timing and other aspects of the system to detect changes, before they become critical failures. These degradations in performance can appear as warning messages or be reported across the network as a request for maintenance. This is especially powerful when combined with Data Warehousing, as it allows you to see the health of all your machines at the same time.
Data Warehousing
When retrofitting or installing new systems, I²T can take you to the next level of automation. By networking the systems to a central data warehouse it becomes much simpler to maintain configuration and process information. Modifications to a process can be performed at one location, and applied to multiple locations on your plant floor. Additionally, report and log files can be archived in a central location for simpler retrieval and review.
