At I²T we are dedicated to the success of our customers. To that end we can provide on and off site training for the products and solutions that we provide.
On Site
When installing all of our systems, we provide a basic level of training at the end of the commissioning phase. This is an overview of the features and functionality provided, and typically is performed on the machine with the operators. If you desire a more structured and detailed training session, I²T can provide a training class on your specific machine installation, including a bound manual. This training session can cover topics ranging from basic usage, maintenance, advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting recommendations. Our team will custom create a training class for your personnel, based on your specific needs.
Off site
Interested in developing your own application with our products, but not sure where to start? Unsure of the best development practices or wary of common pitfalls? I²T can provide you with hands-on personal training at our facility. Depending on the scope of the application we can stage some or all of the hardware at our facility such that you can do your learning on actual equipment. During your visit we will pair you with one of our Automation Specialists to provide one-on-one training. Additionally you will have access to our entire engineering staff for any question you man have. By the time you leave our facility you will have the knowledge and confidence with our products to complete your solution at home.
